Basic maintenance
Basic maintenance includes regular lawn mowings as seasonally demanded , edging of all walkways, driveways, and bedded areas, blowing of all walkways, patios, and driveways.
Shrub trimming
If you elect to have us trim your shrubs, they would be trimmed periodically throughout the year depending on the particular requirements of each variety. However, you can expect monthly trimming and five to six complete trimmings throughout the year. Shrub trimming includes regular trimming of all shrubs as required by each seasonally.
Fertilizer and weed control
Treatments throughtout the season to include six complete treatments and regular spot treatments.
Initially we will conduct a soil analysis to determine what sort of program
your lawn needs to be on. Afterward you be set up on a regular rotation
designed to head off problems before they occur. We use primarily granular
products due to their long term benefits. However, for acute problems, and
spot treatments we will use liquids.
Seasonal color
Three flat minimum. Typically installed twice per year.
Mulch installation
two to three times per year depending upon preferences. Provided, delivered, and installed. Ten bale minimum for pine straw, other mulches such as hardwood, cypress or pine nuggets we would discuss individually.
